]]> In de corona-periode konden veel overledenen niet begraven worden in hun land van herkomst. Dit leidde ertoe dat de moslimgemeenschap geconfronteerd werd met de beperkte islamitische begraafplaatsen die we in Nederland hebben.

Dit roept vragen op als:

Wat is de toekomst van islamitische begraafplaatsen in Nederland?

– Zouden moslims begraven worden in Nederland of in the eventuele islamitische land of herkomst?

– Is een uitvaartverzekering van belang en in hoeverre is dat islamitisch toegestaan?

– Wat moet ik als moslim überhaupt regelen op het moment dat een familielid overlijdt?
